Signorino Pizza is a mobile woodfired pizza truck in Melbourne. We promise to whip up authentic woodfired pizzas and Italian treats with our unique mobile pizza catering.

Used around Italy for centuries as a work and transport vehicle, the Piaggio Ape is a compact, traditional vehicle dear to the hearts of many Italians. Ape is Italian for bee – and is the perfect analogy for the truck itself. Elegant, small and hard-working, the Piaggio Ape was modelled off the Vespa scooter and mimics the same quintessential Italian look.

One of only five of its type in Australia, the classic Piaggio Ape that houses Signorino Pizza is the only one of its kind to be fitted out as a mobile food truck for hire. Small, sleek and charming, the conveniently mobile Signorino Pizza is the perfect addition to any private event that prioritises quality service and an elegant atmosphere.

  • Able to cook up to 4 pizzas at a time
  • Signorino is 1.7m wide by 3.5 long, so we fit through small spaces
  • We are approx. 2.3 meters tall
  • When set up, we need approx. 3.5m x 3.5m of space (we get bigger when our pizza bench comes out)

Our Signorino Vespa is a unique mobile woodfired pizza catering set up that combines the iconic charm of the Piaggio Vespa with the authentic taste of wood fired pizza.

Inspired by the classic Vespa scooter, recognised for its iconic style and design, our Signorino Vespa brings the flavours of Italy directly to your event. Our eye-catching setup not only delivers delicious, wood-fired pizzas but also enhances any occasion with its distinctive, Instagram-worthy aesthetics. Perfect for food lovers and event planners seeking a memorable, Italian-inspired experience, the Signorino Pizza Vespa is where timeless style meets pizza excellence.

  • Able to cook 5-7 pizzas at a time
  • Signorino Vespa is 2m (width) x 5m (length) and 2.1m tall
  • When set up Signorino Vespa needs 6.5 meters (length) x 3.5 meters (width) of space which includes work space

If you don’t have space for a pizza truck, Signorino Anywhere is the most flexible of our pizza catering set ups and can be set up almost anywhere, think back gardens, verandas and courtyards.

Just like everything Signorino, we have focused on bringing iconic style, you’d be proud to show your guests and of course delicious pizzas. It may be small, but Signorino Anywhere is super mighty, we have used this set up for lots of private and corporate catering events, including Ferrari.
